  • Orange Juice (8 oz.)

  • Flax oil (1 tbs.)
  • Water (4 oz.)

Directions

  3. Mix the water and orange juice in this and blend for some more time.

Berry Detox Drink
Ingredients

  • Cranberries (¼ cup)
  • Blueberries (⅓ cup)
  • Strawberries (3)
  • Green apples (2)
  • Yellow pears (2)
  • Water
  • Pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Cut all the fruits and put into a blender.
  2. Mix very little quantity of water and blend till there is a smooth and thick liquid.
  3. Add pepper according to taste and consume.

  • Carrot (1, large)
  • Cucumber (1, small)
  • Tomatoes (2, large)
  • Parsley (¼ cup)
  • Celery (1 stalk, medium)
  • Spinach leaves (⅓ cup)
  • Romaine leaves (¼ cup)

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
  2. Add water so that the mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Drink fresh.
Papaya Detox Drink
Ingredients

  • Green papaya (¾ cup)
  • Green apple (1, large)
  • Green pears (1, large)
  • Lemon (1, small)

Directions

  1. Chop the papaya into small pieces.
  2. Juice the apple, pear, lemon, and papaya into a glass.
  3. Mix well, add pepper, and drink.

  • Ginger (1 slice)
  • Lemon (1)
  • Carrots (6)
  • Apple (1)

Directions

  1. Seed the apple and juice into a glass.
  2. Put the ginger, carrots, and lemon juice in a blender and run till smooth and non-lumpy.
  3. Mix the apple juice in as well and blend again.
